Steps for Purchasing on Installments

1. Add the selected products to your cart. You can add multiple items at once—don't forget any necessary accessories for your purchases.
2. In your cart, review your order, proceed to payment options, and choose the ESSOX installment option. Select a delivery method from the available options and complete your order.
3. You will then be redirected to the ESSOX s.r.o. web application (usually by clicking the ESSOX link or logo).
4. Complete the online loan application. While filling it out, choose how you would like to sign the contract (online via SMS or with a handwritten signature on paper—"courier signature").
5. To sign the contract correctly with SMS codes, you must be the account holder listed in the loan application. During the application, you will be asked to verify ownership of the bank account provided.
6. If you choose the SMS signature option, you will need one of the following additional forms of ID: a driver’s license, passport, or firearms permit.
   • If you don’t have any of these forms of ID or are not the owner of the bank account in your name, opt for the paper contract with "courier signature."
7. Submit the application for processing.
8. After submission, you’ll see the application result on-screen and receive the same information by email.
   • If approved, complete the process according to the instructions on-screen or in the email.
9. For SMS signature, we will send you two SMS codes. The first confirms that you will sign via SMS code. Next, you will view and confirm all documents marked “View and Confirm.” After verifying the contract details, sign the loan agreement using the second SMS code, which you request to be sent. Entering these two SMS codes completes the signing process.
   • For a paper contract with a courier signature, download the contract documents and review them. A courier will contact you to arrange a meeting to bring the documents, verify your identity, and have you sign the contract. You will retain a copy, and the courier will deliver the other copy with the identification form to ESSOX.
10. After the contract is signed and delivered to ESSOX s.r.o., it will be reviewed. Once approved, ESSOX immediately notifies the seller to ship your goods.
11. The seller then ships the goods and, if you opted for it, collects the direct payment from you, usually by cash on delivery.
